SHIPPING AGENCY:
Jyothi group has its active presence as shipping agent at all the major Western and Eastern ports of India. As Shipping Agent, we provide multifaceted services to cater to the requirements of the ship and its crew.
We handle about 100 ships per annum & locally represent leading vessel owners & operators, viz., M/S. Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Japan; M/S. Oldendorff Carriers and M/s. Oldendorff Express Lines, Germany; M/S. CPM Corp, China; M/S. Spur Shipping, Singapore.
We are also member of International Shipping Body – BIMCO.

CLEARING AND FORWARDING:
With access to almost all the Western and Eastern ports of India, we provide a complete one-stop solution to all clearing and forwarding needs. Our rich experience of more than three decades in this field not only allows us to take almost all the pitfalls of the industry in our stride but also guide us to provide tailor made solutions for any type of need. Entrusting the work to us means clients take their hands off from their logistic management.
We manage and provide services related to receiving the goods from the factories or premises of the principal or his agents, warehousing, redistribution of goods, maintaining records of the receipt, dispatch of goods and daily update the stock available at the warehouse to clients.
STEVEDORING:
We are one of the leading licensed stevedores operating at all Western and Eastern Ports of India. We handle all types of cargo i.e. Bulk (including Sugar, Coal, Fertilizers, Raw material for Fertilizer), Break bulk (Iron & Steel), Project Cargo including Heavy Lifts, Containers. For efficient & expeditious handling of cargo, we possess all types of gears and equipments viz., pay loader, excavators, cranes, forklifts etc.
We have achieved expertise in handling project cargo and Iron & Steel materials. As Stevedore, during 2009-10, we have handled Project cargo of 0.6 million freight Tones (CBM) for number of power projects coming up in the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan. In the same year, we handled a quantity of 0.5 million metric tons iron & steel materials, viz., Steel Coils, Pipes, Plates etc.
Stevedoring operations are executed and supervised by experienced and trained professionals under the able guidence of Master Mariners.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
We provide total services to our clients for handling container traffic which includes arranging containers at very competitive shipping freight, stuffing and de-stuffing operations, compliance of port and customs formalities, documentation etc. With a complete range of Sea Freight Services, we leverage volumes smartly to deliver competitive sea transportation in every major trade lane between Middle East Gulf Countries, Far East countries.
